This policy explains what information BookedScore collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
- What you send us: your first name, business name, email address, links to your Google Maps listing and Instagram profile, and, optionally, a phone number.
- Public business information: data publicly visible on Google, Yelp, Instagram and your website, which we review to prepare your score.
- Purchase information: handled by our payment providers,PayPal and Payoneer. We receive your name, email and order details, never your full card number.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your score and any report you buy.
- To send you follow-up emails about your score and our services, which you can stop at any time.
- To deliver and support your subscription, if you have one.
We never use your phone number for text messages or calls. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers to run the service: Google Workspace (email and documents), our form provider, Cloudflare (website hosting), and PayPal andPayoneer (payments). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. We honor requests within 10 business days, and once you unsubscribe we do not email you again unless you ask us to.
Retention
We keep your information while we have a working relationship with you and delete it on request, unless we need to keep purchase records to meet legal or tax obligations.
