We want you to pay only for work you find useful. Here is how refunds work.

Full Report

If your Full Report is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase, or if you are not satisfied with it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Fix-It Plan

You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. If you are not satisfied with your first month, you can request a full refund of that first payment within 14 days of it. Later monthly payments are not refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges.

How to request a refund

Email hello@bookedscore.com with the email address used for the purchase. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
